jest/prefer-to-have-been-called Style
What it does
Suggests using toHaveBeenCalled() or not.toHaveBeenCalled() over toHaveBeenCalledTimes(0) or toBeCalledTimes(0).
Why is this bad?
toHaveBeenCalled() is more explicit and readable than toHaveBeenCalledTimes(0).
